Description
The KS-30 combines PLC and touch-screen operation with a fully digital, hot-standby triggering arrangement for rectifier control.
Isolated digital inputs and outputs, dual current feedback and an Ethernet interface support connection to the wider control system. The product includes phase-loss and loss-of-synchronization protection.
Current can be started and stopped with a linear ramp, and open-loop and closed-loop operation support bumpless transfer. A major fault automatically resets the setpoint to zero.
The system provides 6 or 12 optical pulse outputs and automatic on-load tap adjustment. Enclosure arrangement and system interfaces are confirmed for the installation.
